Holiday Accommodation Booking Information, Terms & Rates (Seasonal)
Morrungulo Bay offers you an all-in competively priced self catering rate. Included in your rate is the cost of generated electricity (10 hours/day), hot and cold water and daily cleaning and servicing of your unit by our friendly maids.
There are security guards on duty 24/7.
- Breakage Deposit - We will require a refundable breakage deposit payable in advance on confirmation of your booking. All breakages will be recorded by Antonio and confirmed with you prior to your departure.
Beach House breakage deposit - R 1,500.00 Beach Chalet breakage deposit - R 750.00- Initial Payments - A 35% deposit is required upon confirmation of your booking to secure your holiday and the balance is payable 30 days prior to your arrival.
- Provisional/Soft Bookings - We will hold your soft booking for three days pending receipt of your 35% deposit.
Should we not receive the 35% deposit payment for your booking within the stipulated time period the booking will expire at 09h00 on the third day and the unit/s will be released for bookings from other customers. *** Any booking made within the 30 days prior to your arrival is payable in full immediately. The Beach Chalets-Casa "Valencia" & Casa "Barrocca" (Self catering - 2 Bedrooms, 4 Sleeper units)

- Mid Season R 1,000.00/Night(complete house with maid service)
- Low Season R 900.00/Night (complete house with maid service)
NB. Should you require an extra single bed in a room this can be provided complete with bed linen, mosquito net and bath linen at an additional cost of R 115.00 / Night.What we supply and what is included with your unit. Please check the inventory list to see what is provided in the beach chalets. Linen is washed and changed every seven days.
IMPORTANT - Cancellation Policy: Morrungulo Bay has a cancellation policy in place to ensure that our occupancy levels are adequately maintained. The following terms are applicable when booking your accommodation. Cancellation up to 8 weeks prior to arrival - You will receive a Full refund Cancellation within 8 - 4 weeks prior to arrival - You will receive a 50% refund Cancellation within 4 weeks prior to your arrival - No refund will be paid. Your cancellation will only be valid once you have received a confirmation email from Morrungulo Bay. Morrungulo Bay will attempt to secure alternative bookings for any cancelled periods. All refunds are subject to Morrungulo Bay successfully finding new occupants for your booking.
